Complex Beverage LLC added a new Pomegranate flavor to its line of Lettuce Tea drinks, which combine the health benefits of lettuce with black tea extract. The company also reformulated and redesigned the other three flavors in its lineup: Apricot, Mango and Strawberry. All varieties now feature a simplified ingredient statement and are sweetened with a combination of cane sugar and stevia. The labels also use a new Chow Mein-themed font to highlight the natural attributes of the brand and communicate its health and wellness benefits, it says. A 16-ounce bottle has a suggested retail price between $1.99 and $2.49. The company also plans to launch four more SKUs formulated with green tea extract in the near future, it says.
