Wild Flavors Inc. expanded its line of taste modification ingredients with the release of its newest ingredient: Wild Sweetness Enhancer. Labeled as “natural flavor,” the sweetness enhancer is designed to add sweetness perception and reduce sugar and calorie content while lowering finished product costs, the company says. Wild Sweetness Enhancer is available in both liquid and dry forms and is designed for use in a variety of beverage applications, including enhanced waters, teas, juice drinks, carbonated soft drinks and energy drinks, it adds.
