Phillips Distilling Co. added two new flavors to its vodka lineup: Chocolate Cake and Whipped. According to the company, UV Chocolate Cake is infused with the taste of German chocolate cake, and UV Whipped features a light, fluffy taste profile with hints of crème chantilly and vanilla. Both vodkas are distilled four times and activated carbon filtered for a high level of purity and an ideal pH balance, the company says. Each variety retails for approximately $12.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.
