Gabrielle Wine launched Rosé and Blanc de Blancs Brut sparkling wine varietals in New York City. The wines take their flavor from Chardonnay grapes grown in a vineyard in Hudson, N.Y., along the Hudson River in the foothills of Olana Castle. Their taste is a result of being naturally fermented in the bottle using the traditional champenoise method, the company says. The dosage is a proprietary formula created by Ambition Beverages. The Blanc de Blancs Brut sparkling wine retails for approximately $9, and the Rosé retails for approximately $10.
