Starbucks Coffee Co. launched Starbucks Refreshers sparkling ready-to-drink beverages made with real fruit juice and green coffee extract, which comes from 100 percent Arabica coffee beans. The green coffee extract used in the drinks is unroasted, resulting in a beverage with a mild and fresh flavor while still retaining naturally occurring caffeine, the company says. Starbucks Refreshers are available in Strawberry Lemonade, Raspberry Pomegranate and Orange Melon varieties. A 12-ounce can contains 60 calories and has a suggested retail price of $1.99.
