On shelves through February, Snow Day carries the subtle chocolate and caramel flavors of the newly developed Midnight Wheat malt, the company says. The Styrian Golding, Centennial and Cascade hops bring a bright note to complement the ale’s roasty undertones, it adds. It has 6.25 percent alcohol by volume and 55 international bitterness units.
