Alcoa Inc., Pittsburgh, hired Jeffrey Kellar as president of the Alcoa Flexible Packaging business.

Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, Brentwood, Tenn., named Michael “Mick” Fountain, president and chief executive officer of Bartcho International, which it recently acquired. The company also announced other personnel changes, including Jim Davis, vice president of transportation systems; Michelle McManus, Web marketing specialist; Deborah Smith, director of special projects and retirement plans; and Brian Murphree, network manager.
