Derek Hall has been named vice chairman and chief executive officer, Yohan Lee has been appointed to the position of controller, and Byung-il Sohn to the position of financialservices manager at Univera Inc., Broomfield, Colo. The appointments are in conjunction with the restructuring of Univera, and its planned September move to Lacy, Wash.

In their new roles, Lee will be responsible for consolidated accounting, tax and audit functions, and Sohn will be in charge of cash management and banking for Aloecorp, Unigen and Oasis.

Steve Fleming has been appointed sales director, and Jeff Carey as national account manager for Wulftec/M.J. Maillis Group, Ayer’s Cliff, Quebec, Canada.

Mark Lyon has been appointed the new western regional sales manager for SATO America Inc., Charlotte, N.C. Lyon will focus on securing new reseller agreements and working with existing SATO Business Partners to offer new datacollection systems and labeling solutions.

Holger Winterhalter has been named product manger – RFID Transponders for ACG Identification GmbH, Walluf, Germany. In his new position, Winterhalter will be in charge of developing and bringing to the market the HF (high frequency) and UHF (ultra high frequency) RFID tag families.
