3M Food Safety, St. Paul, Minn., will present a symposium on Key Trends in 21st Century Food Safety during the IAFP Annual Meeting in August. All IAFP attendees are invited to attend the presentation at the Anaheim Hilton Pacific Ballroom, Monday, August 2, from 6:30-8 p.m.
