Heaven Hill Distilleries Inc., Bardstown, Ky., has named Allan Latts as its first Chief Operating Officer. Latts has been serving as director of corporate planning since he joined the company in 2001. In his new role, he will be responsible for oversight and continuous improvement of internal operations that create and deliver Heaven Hill’s distilled spirits products.
