Kraft Foods introduced naturally sweetened Crystal Light Pure drink mixes. Crystal Light Pure contains no artificial sweeteners, flavors and preservatives. One packet can be combined with 16.9-ounces of water for two servings, which have 15 calories each. The drink mixes are available in Grape, Strawberry Kiwi, Tropical Blend, Mixed Berry and Lemonade flavors. Grape and Strawberry Kiwi varieties include electrolytes to help aid hydration during light physical activity, the company says. Sweetened with Truvia, an all-natural, zero calorie sweetener derived from the stevia plant, Crystal Light Pure mixes contain 4 grams of sugar in each serving. The mixes are available nationwide for $3.29 for a seven-count box.
