Bacardi added Rock Coconut flavored rum to its portfolio. The variety is a coconut rum infused with rock melon and coconut water. Rock melon originates from India and Africa and has a sweet, crisp taste profile that enhances the coconut rum flavor, the company says. The rum’s coconut flavor is intensified with the addition of coconut water for a rum with a smooth, creamy coconut taste, it says. Bacardi Rock Coconut rum is available for $13.99 for 750-ml. bottle and also in 50-ml., 200-ml., 275-ml., 1-liter and 1.75-liter sizes.
