Pernod Ricard USA added Absolut Elyx to its line of vodka varieties. Absolut Elyx is a small-batch vodka crafted from all-natural ingredients, including hand-selected estate wheat. The vodka is produced according to craft techniques in a copper rectification still dating back to 1929. The variety has a clean and fresh taste with subtle floral and fruity tones, the company says. Absolut Elyx is currently available in Canada, Greece, Korea and Mexico with additional markets launching in 2011.
