Jack Daniel Distillery, a brand of Brown-Forman Corp., created its first new product in nearly a generation: Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey whiskey. The new product is made with Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey that is mingled with a proprietary honey liqueur for a smooth offering, the company says. The flavor characteristics of honey and other natural flavors complement Jack Daniel’s smooth charcoal-mellowed character, says Jeff Norman, Jack Daniel’s master taster. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey are available nationally in 50-ml., 375-ml., 750-ml. and l-liter bottles. The 750-ml. bottle is priced at $22.
