Smooth Spirits LLC introduced Haamonii Smooth Shochu in two varieties – Original and Lemon. Shochu is a traditional Japanese spirit that is similar to vodka but with less calories and half the alcohol content, the company says. Haamonii, which means harmony in Japanese, is hand-crafted in small batches in the San Francisco bay area by the company’s founders. The spirit is all-natural, made from premium grain spirits and natural flavors, the company says. Haamonii Smooth Shochu Original and Lemon are available in 750-ml. bottles for $28.
