Distiller taps 3 Rivers Energy Partners to support project

Beam Suntory, Chicago, will invest more than $400 million to expand production at its Booker Noe distillery in Boston, Ky., which produces Jim Beam. This expansion will increase capacity by 50%, while reducing the distillery’s greenhouse gas emissions by the same percentage, through the use of anaerobic digestors that will produce renewable natural gas to power the facility, according to the company.

Chicago-based Beam Suntory and The Boston Beer Co., Boston, have formed a long-term, strategic partnership to extend select iconic brands into some of the fastest-growing beverage alcohol segments.
Hornitos Tequila, a brand of Beam Suntory Inc., now offers Hornitos Cristalino, a 100 percent blue agave tequila that has been aged and filtered for a smooth and crystal clear añejo.
Funds will support Holiday Meals for Military program

Chicago-based Beam Suntory announced that it donated $100,000 to Operation Homefront, a national nonprofit that builds strong, stable and secure military families so they can thrive in the communities that they've worked so hard to protect. The funds will support Holiday Meals for Military, a program providing more than 8,400 family meals across the country this holiday season, run by Operation Homefront.
