Luis Fernandez

Luis Fernandez is the senior vice president of global applications for Tate & Lyle (tateandlyle.com). He has more than 25 years of experience in food ingredient applications in multiple categories, including confectionery, beverages, bakery and snack, and dairy. He also is a fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists and of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology.
