Danone Waters of America, White Plains, N.Y., announced that it will sell, distribute and merchandise Ferrarelle, an Italian sparkling natural mineral water, in the United States as of January 2020. The long-term master distribution agreement will focus on building the brand in the United States and includes Ferrarelle glass formats through on-premise channels.

Molson Coors Brewing Co., Denver and Montreal, reported results for the 2019 third quarter and also is announcing a new revitalization plan intended to achieve consistent top-line growth by improving efficiency and unlocking resources to reinvest in the business.
The acquisition brings product and operational assets to Eastside including more than 2,600 on-premise points of distribution, a direct sales team and a product line.
