Wave Energy Drink released a product with the same name. Wave Energy Drink offers less carbonation and lower levels of caffeine than typical energy drinks, the company says. The product also contains B vitamins, and a Sugar Free version is available as well. The 16-ounce cans are packaged in single-serve cans, four- and 24-packs. A can retails for $2.25.
Van Gogh Vodka introduced Triple Wheat Van Gogh Blue Vodka. The wheat is source from central France, southern Germany and The Netherlands. Triple Wheat Van Gogh Blue Vodka is triple distilled in the Royal Dirkzwager distillery in Schiedam, The Netherlands. The product is 40 percent alcohol by volume, and a 750-ml. bottle retails for $29.
Pacific Natural Foods added All Natural Hemp Milk to its line of shelf-stable non-dairy beverages. All Natural Hemp Milk offers 50 percent of the recommended daily allowance of calcium, 4 grams of fiber and 10 amino acids. The milks are lactose free, cholesterol free and gluten free. All Natural Hemp Milk is available in Original and Vanilla flavors. The company also added All Natural Hazelnut Chocolate Non-Dairy Beverage in 32-ounce and 8-ounce four packs. The drink contains calcium, vitamin D and riboflavin.
Mary Jane’s Soda Inc. released Mary Jane’s Relaxing Soda. The soft drink is made from herbal extract, carbonated water and cane sugar. Mary Jane’s Relaxing Soda also blends kava extract and passionflower, herbs thought to have a relaxation and calming effect, the company says. The product is available in select markets and online. A 12-pack is $29.99.
Pyramid Breweries introduced Juggernaut Red Ale, a ruby red fall seasonal beer, available through this month. Juggernaut Red Ale contains caramel malts and Simcoe and Cascade hops. The product is available in 12- and 22-ounce bottles, six-packs, 12-packs and on draft. Juggernaut Red Ale is 5.6 percent alcohol by volume. A six-pack retails for $8.99.
Square One Organic Spirits launched Square One Botanical – Eden in a Bottle, a certified organic spirit. Square One Botanical is 90 proof and infused with a blend of pear, rose, chamomile, lemon verbena, lavender, rosemary, coriander and citrus peel botanicals.
White Coffee signed a licensing agreement with Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. to introduce a line of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Gourmet Coffees. The 12-ounce coffee bags are available in Dark Chocolate Truffle, English Toffee, Hazelnut and Vanilla Caramel varieties. The coffees are available in specialty and gourmet markets, upscale supermarkets and gourmet food Web sites.
Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. released Estate Ale, a beer brewed with locally grown hops and barley. The product uses whole-cone hops and 26 acres of two-row barley. The 24-ounce product is 6.8 percent alcohol by volume, and retails between $7.99 and $9.99.
Dilmah Tea added distribution and released its Watte Single Estate Teas, Premium Single Origin Pure Ceylon Black Teas and Single Origin Pure Ceylong Green Teas in the United States. The teas are grown at different elevations from 800 feet to 6,000 feet, which give the teas a variety of flavors, the company says. A box or tin of tea retails between $3.99 and $7.99.
