All flavors contain no preservatives, added sugar or added juices, the company says. A 16-ounce bottle retails between $3.69 and $3.99, and must be kept refrigerated.
Shmaltz Brewing Co. celebrated its 13th year with the special release of Jewbelation Bar Mitzvah, the company’s 13th beer. It is brewed with 13 malts, 13 hops and is 13 percent alcohol by volume. The product is available nationally in 22-ounce bottles.
The Coca-Cola Co. reformulated its Full Throttle product. The new formula delivers 100 percent the daily value of niacin, 100-mg. of D-ribose and 100-mg. of caffeine per an 8-ounce serving. Full Throttle now is available in Citrus, Blue Agave, Mocha and Caramel flavors. A can retails for $1.99.
Santa Cruz Organic launched Blueberry Acai, Cranberry Goji and Pomegranate Black Currant, three superfruit juices. Each flavor is 100 percent juice, and contains no added sugar, artificial flavors or preservatives. The products also are certified USDA organic.
Pevonia International released PevoVitale Age-Defying Face & Body Drink. The product combines a blend of vitamins to defend against decreased health and evident aging, the company says. It also offers marine collagen, hyaluronic acid, acai fruit extract, green tea and white tea. PevoVitale Age-Defying Face & Body Drink is available in stick packets, and a box of 30 retails for $59.
Minute Maid, a division of The Coca-Cola Co., expanded its Minute Maid Enhanced Juice and Juice Drink line. Minute Maid Pomegranate Blueberry Flavored 100 percent Juice Blend of Five Juices, Minute Maid Pomegranate Lemonade and Minute Maid Strawberry Kiwi Flavored Juice Drink will now be available in 12-ounce shrinkwrapped single-serve bottles.
Living Essentials LLC added to its line of 2-ounce 5-Hour energy shots with 5-Hour Energy Pomegranate. The pomegranate flavor joins 5-Hour Energy’s Berry, Lemon-Lime, Grape and Orange flavors, as well as Decaf and Extra Strength versions. The product initially launched in select markets, and plans to roll out nationwide.
Kuka Drink Inc. debuted Kuka, a non-carbonated beverage made from coca leaves grown in the Andes. Kuka helps to hydrate and detoxify your body while improving your concentration, the company says. The all-natural product is currently available in select markets.
Naked Juice, a subsidiary of PepsiCo, introduced Naked Coconut Water. The variety is made with 100 percent coconut water made from Brazilian coconuts. Naked Coconut Water is all-natural, fat free and cholesterol free and contains no added sugars or preservatives.
POM Wonderful launched two new 100 percent juice blends, which are available in Pomegranate Kiwi and Pomegranate Nectarine varieties. The juice blends contain no added sugars or artificial ingredients and are a good source of potassium as well as antioxidants, the company says.
