Crunk Energy Drink added Crunk Mango-Peach to its line of flavored energy drinks. The product combines mango and peach flavors with 96 mg. of caffeine per serving. The flavor has the same exotic herbs, ashwaganda, horny goat weed, white willow and skull cap as the Original Crunk flavor, the company says.
Vitality Distributing introduced Avitae, a caffeinated water. Packaged in a 16.9-ounce bottle, the product contains 45 mg. of caffeine derived from coffee beans, the company says. In addition, Avitae does is zero calories. Avitae is available in Ohio. A bottle retails for $1.69 and a four-pack retails for $5.99.
AMI Brands expanded its line of Carpe Diem natural and functional kombucha products with Kombucha-Quince and Kombucha-Cranberry. The Quince flavor is part of the rose plant family, and has a taste similar to apple and pear, the company says. The Cranberry flavor contains antioxidants and is an infusion of steeped herbal tea, the company says.
Campbell Soup Co. introduced Cranberry Blackberry and Acai Mixed Berry Light V8 V-Fusion juices. An 8-ounce serving of Cranberry Blackberry contains a half-cup of vegetables and a half-cup of fruit, the company says. Acai Mixed Berry Light contains 50 calories per 8-ounce serving.
Honest Tea extended its line of Fair Trade and organic certified beverages with Half & Half, a blend of tea and lemonade. Half & Half combines U.S. Department of Agriculture certified organic black tea from India with lightly sweetened lemonade and a touch of organic cane sugar.
Better Health Beverage released UnderWay, a line of appetite-suppressing beverages. Created by bariatric physician Dr. Sasson Moulavi, UnderWay is fortified with HeroFiber, a blend of fiber he developed. UnderWay also contains B vitamins, 10 calories and 2 grams of carbohydrates per 8-ounce serving.
North American Breweries’ Seagram’s brand announced the addition of Lime Melonade flavored malt beverage to its Seagram’s Escapes line. Lime Melonade combines lime, lemon, green melon and orange fruit flavors and contains 3.2 percent alcohol by volume.
Bot Beverages launched Bot Enhanced Water. Initially released in the Northeast, Bot contains 50 calories per 16.9-ounce bottle and also features B vitamins, electrolytes and antioxidants. A bottle retails for $1.49. The product is available in Berry, Lemon, Orange and Grape flavors.
Beam Global Spirits & Wine Inc. expanded its ready-to-drink Cocktail Cube product line with Strawberry Margarita and Mojito, two new flavors from Sauza Tequila and Cruzan Rum. Strawberry Margarita is made with Sauza Blanco Tequila and the Mojito flavor is made with Cruzan Rum.
BYB Brands reformulated its Tum-E Yummies juice drink to have a lower calorie count. A 300-ml. bottle now contains 50 calories. The product also offers the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. Tum-E Yummies is available in Very Berry Blue, Orange-arific, Fruitabulous Punch, Greentastic Apple and a new flavor Sour-sational Raspberry.
