Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. officially set a Guinness World Record for the farthest distance thrown by a trebuchet with a projectile weighing 44 pounds and over. 

Brooklyn Brewery expanded its non-alcohol line with the introduction of Special Effects IPA, which it says has a full, hoppy flavor and tastes like a regular beer.

Abita Brewing Co. launched Jockamo Juicy IPA, a double dry-hopped India Pale Ale with an intense hop flavor and aroma, it says.
