The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, a retailer based in Los Angeles, has joined forces with Feeding America to kick off a fall campaign to raise funds for food banks around the country. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will work with the hunger-relief charity to donate a portion of funds raised at participating cafés this season to local food banks.

Starbucks Coffee Co., Seattle, announced the launch of its Indivisible collection, which includes an Indivisible Blend coffee and two new products to support the Create Jobs for USA program. With each purchase from the Indivisible collection, Starbucks will make a donation to Opportunity Finance Network for the Create Jobs for USA fund to help create and retain jobs across the country.

Beam Inc., Deerfield, Ill., donated 2,000 meals to military service members and their families through its annual “Holiday Meals for Military Families” program. In partnership with Operation Homefront and nearly 50 business partners, Beam visited six active military bases across the Midwest and Northeast, which is double the number of donated meals from last year, the company said.
Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, Calif., announced the release of “The Alchemist/Ninkasi/Stone More Brown than Black IPA.” The beer is the fifth collaboration beer released by Stone and various partners in 2011.
