Big Bottom Distilling released its first distilled product, Big Bottom Oregon Gin. Big Bottom Oregon Gin is a slightly sweet gin containing 16 botanicals to offer a complex bouquet of floral qualities that complement the juniper. Founder and Owner Ted Pappas and his new Head Distiller Travis Schoney believe gin is making a comeback and that the availability of different botanicals has opened up new opportunities to create new product outside the range of traditional gin, the company says. The 91-proof gin has a suggested retail price of $29.95 for a 750-ml bottle.
