Modern soda brand poppi announced its partnership with “A Minecraft Movie,” marking the first movie collaboration for the carbonated soft drink brand. 

Minecraft, the best-selling video game, is entering the cinematic universe for the first time as a feature film, and poppi is joining forces with “A Minecraft Movie” with the limited-edition release of four-packs inspired by the Minecraft universe. 

Designed by the poppi in-house creative team, limited-edition four-packs of core flavors Strawberry Lemon, Lemon Lime, Cherry Limeade and Orange feature iconic characters from “A Minecraft Movie,” including the Creeper, Bee, Sheep and Dennis the Wolf. Each cubic four-pack houses limited-edition can designs inspired by the pixelated world of Minecraft that viewers will see come to life in the movie, only in theaters and IMAX April 4. 

Similar to how worlds are built in Minecraft, the four-packs will be utilized to create cubic off-shelf retail displays in key retailers like Walmart, Target, and Kroger stores across the country for a limited time through April, and will retail for $8.99 for a pack.   

Additionally, consumers can receive a $15 Fandango Movie Reward to see “A Minecraft Movie” by purchasing four four-packs in one transaction and uploading their eligible receipt to Fandango.
