Recently, St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch announced its planned investment of $1 billion during the next two years in its U.S. facilities to help drive the country’s economic recovery. As part of this investment, the company announced that it will begin production of Stella Artois bottles in the United States to meet increasing demand and ensure continuity of supply in the summer season.

Drizly maintains separate app, will integrate with Uber Eats app

San Francisco-based Uber Technologies Inc. and Drizly, Boston, announced that they have reached an agreement for Uber to acquire Drizly for approximately $1.1 billion in stock and cash. After the completion of the transaction, Drizly will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Uber. Drizly’s marketplace will eventually be integrated with the Uber Eats app, while also maintaining a separate Drizly app.
Ahead of Inauguration Day on Jan. 20, Atlas Brew Works rolled out two limited-edition craft beers to honor President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris, which sold out within hours, the company said.
