TINCUP Whiskey’s new bourbon trio
TINCUP Whiskey unveiled a trio of new releases, inclusive of two new hero products: TINCUP Bourbon and TINCUP 6-Year Original American Whiskey, and a limited-time offering, TINCUP 10-Year Rye.
Rounding out the brand’s straight bourbon offerings, TINCUP Bourbon joins the legendary TINCUP Fourteener and TINCUP 10-Year with a lower proof, more accessible priced option, the company notes. Cut with Rocky Mountain water, the straight bourbon — marked at an approachable 80 proof — is matured in charred new American white oak casks for at least four years, it says. Complete with a sweet, smooth finish, the liquid includes hints of vanilla cream and caramel on the nose and butterscotch, dried orange and allspice on the palate, it adds.
The TINCUP 6-Year Original American Whiskey is a more seasoned and elevated take on the mainstay TINCUP Original, it notes. At 84 proof — and bottled at 5,251 feet elevation — the liquid includes hints of citrus, black pepper and ginger snap on the nose and rye spice, cinnamon and caramel on the palate, the company says.
TINCUP 10-Year Straight Rye Whiskey — the brand’s oldest rye to date — marries the flavor of TINCUP with a full decade of oak barrel aging, it says. Bottled at 100 proof, the Straight Rye Whiskey is a limited-time offering available at retailers across Colorado.
Packaged in a 750-ml bottle, TINCUP Bourbon can be purchased nationwide for a suggested retail price (SRP) of $24.99 and the TINCUP 6-Year Original American Whiskey for an SRP of $27.99. The limited-time TINCUP 10-Year Rye is available for an SRP of $64.99 a bottle.
