Redemption Whiskey, a brand of Deutsch Family Wine and Spirits, released the latest addition of its Specialty Series: Redemption Cognac Cask Finish. To create this limited-edition offering, Redemption collaborated with Ferrand Cognac, the company says. The resulting whiskey delivers bold and spicy notes balanced with an elegant, warming sweetness akin to Cognac, and has a warming, long finish of buttered pecan, praline, and baking spice, it adds. Packaged in 750-ml bottles, the limited run has a 49.5% ABV, and is available on shelves nationwide while supplies last, with a suggested retail price of $69.99.
