Wonderland Distilling has blended individually aged rye, corn and wheat whiskeys to create its Straight Whiskeys, it says. At 42 percent alcohol by volume, Wonderland Whiskey’s flavor profile includes a sweet nose of dark caramel, brown sugar, brioche and raisins, ending in a long, caramel finish with a hint of fresh mint, the company says. Packaged in 750-ml bottles, Wonderland Straight Whiskey is available for a suggested retail price of $43.99.
