RZA guides TAZO tea drinkers to relaxation

For legendary hip-hop artist and producer RZA from The Wu-Tang Clan, mental exploration has been key in shaping his creative wisdom throughout his career. He teamed up with TAZO tea to create a series of five unique Guided Exploration tracks aimed at helping anyone, anywhere explore and unlock their creative potential, the company says. Each exploration focuses on tackling a different creative challenge or obstacle that people face. Using five different meditative techniques — mental noting, journaling, power posing, verbalizing and walking — RZA has drawn directly upon his own wisdom to give listeners a guided action they can take to overcome the challenge in the midst of today’s burnout-inducing “hustle culture.” Guided Explorations are available for download on Spotify and Apple Music. Additionally, this past February, RZA guided 10 creators to “Kill the Noise” and “Fan Your Flames” during a two-day creative retreat at Camp TAZO: Zen in Staten Island.
