Niche Import Co. introduced Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur, a ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail beverage. Mozart Dark Chocolate is a blend of West African cocoa and vanilla from Madagascar that is macerated for 30 days in brandy barrels, the company says. The 17 percent alcohol-by-volume cocktail can be consumed by itself, mixed with other alcohol or in dessert recipes, it adds. Packaged in 750-ml bottles, Mozart Dark Chocolate is available nationwide for a suggested retail price of $25.99.
