Big Wave Golden Ale, Longboard Island Lager featured in limited-release multipack

Kona Brewing Co. announced the relaunch of the Wave Rider Tandem case featuring two island favorites — Big Wave Golden Ale and Longboard Island Lager — in a pack of 24 12-ounce cans. The case packaging features a sunny homage to the rich surfing history of Waikiki, with tandem surfers riding crystal blue waves, ushering in the summer season alongside them, it says. The case retails for $22.99 and is exclusively available in club channels throughout the Western mainland. “The art of tandem surfing revolves around compatibility and communication between partners, and there’s no better team than the tropical Big Wave and refreshing Longboard Lager brews,” said Billy Smith, head brewer of Kona Brewing Co., in a statement. “With the serenity of Waikiki’s waters as our inspiration, the Wave Rider Tandem case highlights the connection between the beauty of Hawaii and the lifestyle of those who live here — a perfect pair.”
