Readers cast votes for June New Product of the Month poll

Strawberry Skyr Smoothie takes top spot

Readers of Beverage Industry Magazine are showing an affinity for organic protein smoothies. In the June New Product of the Month poll, Baltimore-based B’more Organic’s Strawberry Skyr Smoothie took the top spot.

Garnering 62 percent of the votes, the organic beverage contains 36 grams of protein in every bottle and is made with milk from organic, grass fed family farms and without added sugar.

In second was Emory Vodka. The corn-based spirit obtained 35 percent of the votes.

Voting took place July 6-17 on www.bevindustry.com. Check back next month from Aug. 5-19 for the July New Product of the Month poll.
