Inspired by the popular Hugo sparkling elderflower cocktail from northern Italy’s Alto Adige region, Mionetto USA’s Il Ugo made its debut in the United States. With 8 percent alcohol by volume, Il Ugo features notes of elderflower, pear, peach and citrus within a sparkling wine, the company says. It is available in 187- and 750-ml bottles. A 750-ml bottle has a suggested retail price of $12.
