Zamaca is the initial offering in the importer’s newly established spirits portfolio and reflects its mission to provide distinctively original products, the company says. Zamaca is a premium liqueur made from Peruvian Maca, a natural superfood native to the Andes. Zamaca combines the maca root with the warm essence of elderflower and a hint of spicy heat in a neutral spirit base, which results in a smooth liqueur with an aromatic bouquet, exceptional mouthfeel and a bit of a bite, it adds. Available nationwide packaged in a 750-ml bottle, the 69 proof spirit has a suggested retail price of $23.99.
