SPEAKeasy Spirits Distillery released a vodka from a dedicated column still in April. SPEAKeasy is available in three flavors: Pickers Original Vodka, Pickers Blueberry Vodka and Pickers Blood Orange Vodka. Made with non-genetically modified corn and is gluten free. For the Blood Orange vodka, the distillery worked with a blood orange supplier to get real, California-grown blood orange juice sourced for its vodka, it says. The vodka is distilled 11 times through SPEAKeasy’s state-of-the-art column still, filtered four times and blended with premium Tennessee limestone water. Each expression is available in 50- and 750-ml bottles as well as 1- and 1.75-liter bottles for a suggested retail price of $22.99 for a 1.75-liter bottle. The new flavored vodkas are will be available in select markets including Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, Illinois and Kentucky.
